Paul has a strong background in major project delivery and leadership with over 25 years broad sector project and construction management experience. He has led and been instrumental in delivery of over $5B worth of construction projects in Australia and overseas.
Paul is highly regarded, within the industry, for building strong relationships with clients, consultants, stakeholders, and team members to ensure a mutual achievement of successful project outcomes. He is totally committed to the successful implementation and leadership of projects in a relationship based environment, operating on a basis of commitment, trust and equity to deliver the collective objectives of all stakeholders.
Paul has a wealth of property experience and works with some of Australia's largest organisations to deliver on their vision for the future. He brings a new perspective of the role we play in the success of our clients' businesses with his entrepreneurial ability to look beyond the traditional approach.
Shayne Taylor- Co-Founder & Director (Quantity Surveying)
Shayne has over 36 years’ experience across all major sectors of the construction industry. He has throughout, managed many significant projects in New South Wales, Victoria and Queensland.
Shayne has built and managed teams within various businesses cultivating excellence in strong, professional teams who are highly capable technically and fully focussed on client satisfaction.
Shayne is an approachable manager with a ‘hands-on’ style and is supremely able in adjusting both his skill set and his teams’ focus to answer differing project challenges. With extensive project experience, Shayne offers the right advice and alternate economic solutions to preserve and/or improve a project’s cost limits and objectives.

Christian is passionately enthusiastic in all areas of project consultancy, and takes a keen interest in the needs and objectives of the entire project team.
His strategic thinking, level headed approach, and wealth of experience has seen him successfully deliver large iconic developments as part of a multidisciplinary team, through to smaller boutique projects requiring real hands on attention to detail. With Christian’s knowledge and expertise, he has an understanding of client requirements and is committed to delivering and exceeding your goals and vision on your next project.
Christian understands that each project brings it’s own unique aspirations and circumstance and actively seeks to meet these needs. He always endeavors to provide the timely and complete advice required for successful client & project outcomes.
James Hoang
Associate Project Manager
James is an enthusiastic project manager with over fourteen years broad experience in urban and infrastructure development across most sectors.
He is energetically ‘can-do” in his attitude. With an open, friendly personality, James readily engages with other consultants, clients and stakeholders, integrating well with any project team. James eagerly takes on complexities and leads his teams to innovative solutions.
James demonstrates strength in preparing contract documentation, contract administration, project & cost management, site superintendency, successfully liaising and managing authorities and stakeholders both internal and external.
