Our values define and reflect what we believe in and therefore how we behave, so are critical in shaping our vision and culture. They govern the aspirations, conduct and behaviours that we aspire, recognise and celebrate. Our values are not something we explicitly reward – our values are something we live and breathe everyday – because we believe in them.

INTEGRITY
Our reputation - and the trust and integrity it is built on – is the foundation of our business. We live this as a business and reflect this individually by upholding standards of honesty, truthfulness, diligence and care. We are committed to creating value for our clients in a professional, ethical, fair and lawful manner. We have earned, and continue to maintain, our standing in the industry by offering the high quality professional services whilst doing the right thing.
RESPECT
At TCubed Consulting we believe in respect for each other, to all stakeholders we deal with and naturally our clients. We treat everyone with courtesy, honour, fairness, value and seek different contributions. We listen intently with an open mind, debate with empathy and speak with one voice.
RELIABILITY
We do what we say we will, within agreed timeframes in a consistent and considered way, fully utilising our past experiences and expertise. If there is an issue, we discuss it, and work it out together. If we don’t know something or need help to meet deadlines or deliverables, we say so and then we quickly pivot our efforts to find out, draw upon our resources or seek counsel. Risk Management and Quality Assurance processes and systems in place provide a robust control framework, including peer review to ensure consistency and quality assurance of work.
TRUST
TCubed Consulting operates on a basis of mutual trust. Trust is the glue in strong relationships and collaboration. Trust results from integrous behaviour and develops from practicing reliability, honesty and truthfulness. Trust must be earned, is dutifully respected and is a prerequisite to successful partnerships and project outcomes.
TEAMWORK
